If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

How to return an item

Please send an email to

including your order number and the reason for the return.

You will receive return instructions from us within 24 hours.

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • Discounted or personalized items are excluded from returns.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
